How do I get your best price?
For Minimum Advertised Price items like
Shoei, HJC, Joe Rocket, Power Trip, etc, you must call or email for our
lowest prices. (This is the manufacturer's policy, sorry folks.) We
will also give you our Discount Code which allows you to place your
order online at our lowest price. Place the item(s) you'd like in the
shopping cart, type the Discount Code in the Apply Code box, hit the
Apply Code button and the shopping cart will refresh with our actual
sales price. Sure beats those "free" shipping offers!
What size do I need?
is by far the most frequently asked question, and probably the only one
we can't answer. Unfortunately, if you can't try something on first,
there's no way to be 100% sure it will fit. You can usually get a
pretty good idea from the manufacturer's size
chart, but they're not always accurate or they may not correspond to
what you expect. Your best option is to talk directly with the
manufacturer, give them the model of the item you want and your
measurements and they can get you pretty close.
What's your return/exchange policy?
Should you order an incorrect item, you have 10 days
the delivery date (as determined by the UPS delivery information) to
exchange or return it. Log into your account, select the item you wish
to return or exchange, and submit a request for an RMA. No returns will
be accepted without a valid RMA. The item you are returning must
be in brand new original condition with all manufacturer's labels and

There is a $5.00 exchange fee plus the shipping charge for the new

you want to return an item and not reorder there is a 15% restocking
fee. Original shipping and handling charges are not
refundable. If you need to return or exchange an item, log in to your account, go to your Order History, and request a Return Authorization for the item in question. There are no returns or exchanges on close-out merchandise.
When will I get my order?
Usually in a few days or less. Actual shipping time depends on
which warehouse(s) your order ships from, and where it's going. We ship
from distribution centers in California,
Texas, Missouri, Florida, Pennsylvania and more, but of course not
everything is going to be in stock in every warehouse. If you're in New
York for example, and the item you order is in stock in PA, then you
should get it in a day or two. If it's only in stock in California then
delivery might take a week.
How much do you charge for shipping?
UPS Ground shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your
order. Faster shipping is available (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next
Day Air), but will be more expensive. The price for faster shipping depends on
the size and weight of the box and where it's going. Remember, most
orders are delivered in only a few days with regular UPS Ground
