Policies and Shipping Information
Ordering
Our shopping cart ordering system is secured for your
protection, but if you do not
feel comfortable providing your credit card information online you may
phone a sales associate toll-free at 1-877-MOTODEPOT (1-877-668-6337).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit
cards orders are
verified for your protection.
Returns
Should you order an incorrect item, you have 10 days
from
the delivery date (as determined by the UPS delivery information) to
exchange or return it. Log into your account, select the item you wish
to return or exchange, and submit a request for an RMA. No returns will
be accepted without a valid RMA. The item you are returning must
be in brand new original condition with all manufacturer's labels and
packaging.
This also means that items like shocks, tires and exhaust pipes must
not have been installed. Do not use the product box (if applicable) as
a shipping container. Do not ship COD, we will refuse your package.
There is a $5.00 exchange fee plus the shipping charge for the new
item. Items
that originally qualified for free shipping (e.g tires or parts over $500)
will be charged $10 shipping for the replacement item(s). If
you want to return an item and not reorder there is a 15% restocking
fee. Original shipping charges are not
refundable. There are no returns or exchanges on close-out merchandise.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped the same day from one of our five
national warehouses. Regular Ground UPS orders to U.S addresses should be received in one to five
working days after shipping. UPS Ground may not be used for shipments
to Alaska or Hawaii, we must use Red or Blue Label UPS, or U.S. Mail. We cannot ship UPS to
military bases, FPO or APO addresses.
Back-Orders
Availability will be checked at the time you place your
order. If any item is on back-order we will inform you immediately. Please inform
us if you wish any item/s be kept on back-order.
Claims
When UPS delivers, ensure you receive all cartons for
which the UPS driver is asking you to sign. Do not refuse any cartons
due to damage; instead, ask the UPS driver to note carton damage on his
delivery board. Keep the damaged packaging for possible later
inspection by UPS. If any contents are damaged these should be kept
along with the damaged packaging as UPS may send a representative out
to your location and perform a packaging inspection. If nobody is
available to sign the delivery receipt, the package will be left at the
door. MOTODEPOT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LEFT AT THE DOOR.
Packages left at the door are not covered for loss or damage.
Liability
The purchaser of any part releases the manufacturer of those
parts, and MotoDepot from all liabilities pertaining to the use of
those parts. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modifications to any
motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident, and may also render the
motorcycle illegal for use on public roads.
Warranty
All products are covered under their respective manufacturers'
warranties. Please contact them for full warranty details and how to resolve
warranty issues.
Overseas Ordering
Due to vendor restrictions and security reasons, we do not ship
outside the United States.
